Battal Baydar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zeynel Dokuzer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Zeynel Dokuzer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Battal Baydar, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. 47 minutes into the match, Sile JK's goal looked a bit too open when Erkin Saik came free, but Tevfik Karun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Remzi Keçecioğlu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Remzi Keçecioğlu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tevfik Karun was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. Sile JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Egemen Akburak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zeynel Dokuzer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Divrigi booed when Sile JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sezgin Suat didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tevfik Karun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erkin Saik in the 77th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Battal Baydar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tevfik Karun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remzi Keçecioğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Sile JK's Tevfik Karun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remzi Keçecioğlu in the 90th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Uluç Öğüç hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Divrigi fans cheered their team off the field, for while Sile JK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
