Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ömer Rıza Tunç started the match with the kick off. 9 minutes into the game, Dündar Tayuk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Boztepe FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Akcaabat the free kick. The supporters of Akcaabat booed when Boztepe FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dündar Tayuk didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th minute Baki Kocaman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abdülhak Vahapoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Baki Kocaman came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Akcaabat fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baki Kocaman couldn't finish the play. Ömer Rıza Tunç recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 31 minutes, Berker Rıza Uzel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Akcaabat's supporters crossed their fingers, but Berker Rıza Uzel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berker Rıza Uzel in the 33rd minute of play forced Boztepe FK's goalkeeper Abdülhak Vahapoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ege Koray got free with Şadi Satuk in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Akcaabat's Berker Rıza Uzel got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 43rdth minute of the game Ömer Rıza Tunç who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Akcaabat's Şadi Satuk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Abdülhak Vahapoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berker Rıza Uzel in the 48th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

After a defensive mix-up in Boztepe FK's zone, Berker Rıza Uzel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abdülhak Vahapoğlu came out of the goal and Berker Rıza Uzel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 56 minutes Boztepe FK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Veli Çakır who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Veli Çakır almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Boztepe FK's Abdülhak Vahapoğlu did a great save. Baki Kocaman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Abdülhak Vahapoğlu made a huge save. If Ömer Rıza Tunç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Boztepe FK's Rahim Yılkan got a free kick in the 66th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Boztepe FK's goalkeeper Abdülhak Vahapoğlu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Berker Rıza Uzel. With a left leg Şadi Satuk saved Akcaabat from getting behind. Akcaabat's Şadi Satuk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ömer Rıza Tunç in the 89th minute of play. Cuma Şahit charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cuma Şahit the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 91st minute, Cuma Şahit hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Berker Rıza Uzel's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Abdülhak Vahapoğlu firmly grabbed it by the left post. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
