The referee ignored Ergani SK's protests and gave Mevlüt Şanver a yellow card for diving instead. Rahmi Oksu acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 96th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Atalan Ufuk. In the 97th minute, Oğuzcan Tolun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 99 minutes into the match, Kaynarca FK's goal looked a bit too open when Gökmen Seyfullah came free, but Arif Nihat Ülger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ergani SK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Kaynarca FK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
