Talimhane JK's Ferhan Bekir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tayyip Hazer in the 6th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Behzat Bayındır in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mithat Balta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Behzat Bayındır recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Behzat Bayındır fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mithat Balta having to interfere. Dikili JK's Necip Durcan got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mithat Balta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Behzat Bayındır's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Ferhan Bekir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Necip Durcan, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. A collision led to Dikili JK getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. İsa Vefi hit a great ball.

Tayyip Hazer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Ferhan Bekir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 55th match minute, Talimhane JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bumin Öge to maneuver through the defense. Necip Durcan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ferhan Bekir read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Dikili JK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
