Terry Jamieson might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Manzanares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Terry Jamieson ran back to his position shaking his head. Pedro Manzanares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Terry Jamieson in the 11th minute. Celso Javiar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Santino Seco went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Terry Jamieson in the 18th minute of play. Lucjan Degutis hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Colombia's Antonio Indiano managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jailson da Mata in the 24 minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Axel Montenegro in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Celso Javiar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 28 minutes into the game, Jailson da Mata threw the ball into play from the sideline. Colombia's Antonio Indiano quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 45 minutes of play, Colombia's Axel Montenegro made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Celso Javiar was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Terry Jamieson, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. A collision led to Milferio getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Jonatan Iraitz hit a great ball. Celso Javiar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Montenegro in the 59th minute of the match. In the 61st minute of the game Nico-Jan van der Aa made a throw-in which Feng Xiang Yi played forward. In the 63rd minute, David Cucao hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75th minute Ignacio Mastache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Javiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Abram Secada came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Colombia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abram Secada couldn't finish the play. Celso Javiar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Mastache in the 82nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ignacio Mastache in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Celso Javiar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kevin Mastache blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Celso Javiar having to make a save. Milferio's Prospero Avellaneda was substituted for Jonatan Iraitz. Milferio made a substitution. Pablo Herensuge replaced Terry Jamieson. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
