When Mustafa Birol Ortun fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Güce's protests and gave Mustafa Birol Ortun a yellow card for diving instead. In the 8th minute, Mustafa Birol Ortun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Korhan Hasanbeyli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Önder Ciray tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18th match minute, Sultanhisar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nadir Temizöz to maneuver through the defense. 21 minutes into the match, Güce's Şeray Kırgız broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Korhan Hasanbeyli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Önder Ciray having to interfere. Zeki Kirtekin was extremely unlucky when he, in the 28th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When Zeki Kirtekin came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Sultanhisar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zeki Kirtekin couldn't finish the play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 39th minute of the game. One of Güce:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Sultanhisar:s goal. In the 40th minute there was a penalty for Sultanhisar. Nadir Temizöz stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Önder Ciray. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tarkan Talaykan in the 48th minute of play forced Sultanhisar's goalkeeper Batu Acabay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Batu Acabay made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Tarkan Talaykan sent off a good shot on target. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sultanhisar's goalkeeper Batu Acabay, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Doğuş Okbaş kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 63rdth minute of the game Korhan Hasanbeyli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Güce's Önder Ciray was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Korhan Hasanbeyli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Önder Ciray having to interfere. Önder Ciray took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeki Kirtekin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 69 minutes into the match, Güce's goal looked a bit too open when Korhan Hasanbeyli came free, but Önder Ciray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Önder Ciray showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Korhan Hasanbeyli, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After 76 minutes of play, Sultanhisar's Zeki Kirtekin made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Önder Ciray was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mustafa Birol Ortun got his second yellow card in the match during the 78th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 79th match minute, Güce was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa Birol Ortun to maneuver through the defense. Tarkan Talaykan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Batu Acabay having to interfere. 86 minutes into the game, Tarkan Talaykan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Batu Acabay was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Sultanhisar's Kamber Orgunalp got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Önder Ciray made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeki Kirtekin in the 96th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Güce players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Sultanhisar.
