Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Necaettin Orcan made the kick off and thus started the match. 5 minutes into the game, Yiğit Güler was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ceyhan JK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Selcuk SK the free kick. A collision led to Ceyhan JK getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Yiğit Güler hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ahmet Ziya Sarıoğlu during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 6 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ceyhan JK! In the 8th minute there was a penalty for Selcuk SK. Arif Nihat Akçınar stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Berkant Aras. 0-1. Nadir Uçhan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Berkant Aras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ceyhan JK's Berkant Aras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nadir Uçhan in the 13th minute of play. Abdullatif Tokalp's late challenge caught a Selcuk SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abdullatif Tokalp helped the player get up and apologised. Abdullatif Tokalp hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. The supporters of Selcuk SK booed when Ceyhan JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdullatif Tokalp didn't get a good kick on the ball. Poyraz Karay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Berkant Aras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Necaettin Orcan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yiğit Güler got his second yellow card in the match during the 31st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Berkant Aras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Poyraz Karay in the 35th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Selcuk SK's Arif Nihat Akçınar got a free kick in the 39th minute. Vehdi Köksal kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. In the 45th minute, Zekai Umar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 48th minute, Onur Ali Unsur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arif Nihat Akçınar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 49th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Berkant Aras. Ceyhan JK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Poyraz Karay made the kick off in the second half. In the 60th minute, Nadir Uçhan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 61 minutes into the match, Ceyhan JK's goalkeeper Berkant Aras had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nadir Uçhan. Onur Ali Koçubey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zekai Umar, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. After 72 minutes, Ali Kürşat Çağa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Selcuk SK and the Ceyhan JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Selcuk SK's Ali Kürşat Çağa got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Nadir Uçhan had several of the Ceyhan JK's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 75 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-2 score and a disappointed Berkant Aras as he didn't even see the shot coming. Onur Ali Koçubey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zekai Umar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Nadir Uçhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 89 minutes, Poyraz Karay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Selcuk SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Poyraz Karay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Ceyhan JK's Berkant Aras got control of the ball when Nadir Uçhan tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Selcuk SK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Selcuk SK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
