Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ersin Yenal in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Olcay Orkun Bilek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With 10 minutes on the clock, Abdurrezzak Ünverdi commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 9th minute, one of Sultanahmet:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Sultanahmet. When the match had been going on for 12 minutes, Özvatan JK's Erdal Çetinsoy got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Ahmet Reha Şenel. With a little luck, Sultanahmet's Ahmet Reha Şenel got control of the ball when Batuhan Sirer tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sultanahmet's goalkeeper Ahmet Reha Şenel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Yavuz Bülent Çelik might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ahmet Reha Şenel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yavuz Bülent Çelik ran back to his position shaking his head. Ahmet Reha Şenel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yavuz Bülent Çelik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Batuhan Sirer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Ahmet Reha Şenel made a huge save. In the 26th minute, Yavuz Bülent Çelik made a precise shot to the right of Ahmet Reha Şenel. Sultanahmet's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Yavuz Bülent Çelik struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Ahmet Reha Şenel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Özvatan JK. With a little luck, Sultanahmet's Ahmet Reha Şenel got control of the ball when Batuhan Sirer tried to sneak it across the goal line. Batuhan Sirer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 2-2 became the score in the 39th minute when Birdal Ağcabey elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Yavuz Bülent Çelik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Yavuz Bülent Çelik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Olcay Orkun Bilek made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Birdal Ağcabey sent off a good shot on target. In the 55th minute, Birdal Ağcabey got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yavuz Bülent Çelik in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ahmet Reha Şenel saved Sultanahmet from getting behind. The supporters of Özvatan JK booed when Sultanahmet was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Barlas Ökten didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 62 played minutes Özvatan JK got a freekick which was hit by Vecdi Tokur. İzzettin Timurcan kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Ahmet Reha Şenel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yavuz Bülent Çelik, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. When Özvatan JK's Yavuz Bülent Çelik in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sultanahmet's goalie prevented a goal. Barlas Ökten kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 77th minute Yavuz Bülent Çelik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Reha Şenel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Batuhan Sirer in the 81st minute of play forced Sultanahmet's goalkeeper Ahmet Reha Şenel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Birdal Ağcabey recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Birdal Ağcabey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Birdal Ağcabey got free with Olcay Orkun Bilek in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Batuhan Sirer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
