Nuralp Olcaytu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ragıp Onurhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Bora Han Yetişbey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 13 minutes into the game, Bora Han Yetişbey recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Çetin Akburç. Bora Han Yetişbey showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Çetin Akburç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bora Han Yetişbey in the 16th minute of play. Sincik JK's Cevdet User got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Cevdet User had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Çetin Akburç stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bora Han Yetişbey's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Kurtulus FK's Ragıp Onurhan got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Ragıp Onurhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bora Han Yetişbey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Çetin Akburç was a little too slow when Ragıp Onurhan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 2-0. Naim Öztürk kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. After having played for 41 minutes, Nuralp Olcaytu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sincik JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nuralp Olcaytu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 47th minute, Naim Öztürk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bora Han Yetişbey was the one to do the kick off. Çetin Akburç took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bora Han Yetişbey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 3-0 became the score in the 54th minute when Bora Han Yetişbey elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Cevdet User sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Cevdet User had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reşat Orhun's late challenge caught a Kurtulus FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Reşat Orhun helped the player get up and apologised. Reşat Orhun kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match.
