The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tarık Beykan during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Cerkes JK's Tarık Beykan got a free kick in the 9th minute. Aykan Ömer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sefa Vakkasoğlu in the 14th minute of the match. Sefa Vakkasoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 24th minute by Baybars İlbey got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 26th minute Sefa Vakkasoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aykan Ömer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Arpacay JK's Baybars İlbey sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aykan Ömer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sefa Vakkasoğlu might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aykan Ömer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sefa Vakkasoğlu ran back to his position shaking his head. Cerkes JK's Aykan Ömer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sefa Vakkasoğlu in the 45th minute of play. After some careless play in the Arpacay JK defense, Korkutalp Rebi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cihan Sorgun. The Arpacay JK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cihan Sorgun should have stopped the shot. The Arpacay JK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cerkes JK were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Ahmet Ziya Enver made the kick off in the second half. Aykan Ömer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sefa Vakkasoğlu in the 57th minute of play. Ahmet Ziya Enver fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cihan Sorgun having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Arpacay JK's zone, Korkutalp Rebi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cihan Sorgun came out of the goal and Korkutalp Rebi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 72nd match minute, Cerkes JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tarık Beykan to maneuver through the defense. Arpacay JK's Baybars İlbey got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aykan Ömer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sefa Vakkasoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Arpacay JK booed when Cerkes JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Hasan Temirkut didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sefa Vakkasoğlu struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Aykan Ömer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arpacay JK. In the 84th minute, Baybars İlbey got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Celal Kıvılcım fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aykan Ömer having to interfere. In the 98th play minute Korkutalp Rebi came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Cihan Sorgun. 0-2. The Arpacay JK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Cerkes JK's performance. The match ended with a win for Cerkes JK.
