After 3 minutes of play, Sarikaya's Erenay Bayraktar made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arif Memduh Topçam was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Erenay Bayraktar came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Sarikaya fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erenay Bayraktar couldn't finish the play. Erenay Bayraktar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ziya Onur Tekay's late challenge caught a Sarikaya's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ziya Onur Tekay helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Sahrayicedit FK's Ziya Onur Tekay got a free kick in the 17th minute. After 18 minutes, Musa Kaçkar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sarikaya and the Sahrayicedit FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Musa Kaçkar hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Çağlar Yalınay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ateş Dağtekin having to interfere. 23 minutes into the game, Vefa Birhan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sahrayicedit FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sarikaya the free kick. After 23 played minutes Sahrayicedit FK got a freekick which was hit by Vefa Birhan. If Musa Kaçkar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Erenay Bayraktar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 29 minutes, Musa Kaçkar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sarikaya's supporters crossed their fingers, but Musa Kaçkar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 30 minutes into the match, Sahrayicedit FK's goalkeeper Arif Memduh Topçam had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erenay Bayraktar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Başar Öztan during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Yusuf Bahadır Yelesen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Sarikaya's zone, Vefa Birhan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ateş Dağtekin came out of the goal and Vefa Birhan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Çağlar Yalınay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Ateş Dağtekin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 45 played minutes Sarikaya got a freekick which was hit by Fırat Hüdayioğlu. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Musa Kaçkar was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Musa Kaçkar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sarikaya's supporters crossed their fingers, but Musa Kaçkar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Musa Kaçkar in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arif Memduh Topçam prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sahrayicedit FK's Günalp Okcun shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 57th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ateş Dağtekin but with some difficulty. Bülent Tanay charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bülent Tanay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bülent Tanay hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Erenay Bayraktar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sarikaya's supporters rose to their feet, but Erenay Bayraktar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arif Memduh Topçam breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Erenay Bayraktar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Arif Memduh Topçam tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erenay Bayraktar in the 75th minute of play forced Sahrayicedit FK's goalkeeper Arif Memduh Topçam to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Fırat Hüdayioğlu fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sarikaya's protests and gave Fırat Hüdayioğlu a yellow card for diving instead. Fırat Hüdayioğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Çağlar Yalınay blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ateş Dağtekin having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erenay Bayraktar in the 80th minute of play forced Sahrayicedit FK's goalkeeper Arif Memduh Topçam to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Musa Kaçkar came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the Sarikaya fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Musa Kaçkar couldn't finish the play.
