Tuncay Kutkan scored 2-2 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bahadırhan Özdoğan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 74 played minutes Silvan got a freekick which was hit by Derviş Saykal. Behçet Siraceddin hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 83rd minute Tuncay Kutkan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bahadırhan Özdoğan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Tekin Dadaloğlu fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Silvan's protests and gave Tekin Dadaloğlu a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Silvan getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Tekin Dadaloğlu hit a great ball. If Ercan Cambaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sungur Özguc could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Yavuz Bülent Yurtseven made a huge save. Silvan's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
