Arın Okatan made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Sungur Özguc sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Diski SK's zone, Ercan Cambaz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arın Okatan came out of the goal and Ercan Cambaz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sungur Özguc's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 11thth minute, Arın Okatan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Müfit Temizkal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bahadırhan Özdoğan having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Müfit Temizkal in the 16th minute of play forced Silvan's goalkeeper Bahadırhan Özdoğan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Silvan getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Necat Taştekin hit a great ball. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Diski SK's goalkeeper Arın Okatan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Diski SK getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Nuri Taluy hit a great ball. In the 22nd match minute, Silvan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ercan Cambaz to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Silvan getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Turgay Piruz hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Necdet Tuncal in the 35th minute of play forced Silvan's goalkeeper Bahadırhan Özdoğan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Silvan's zone, Müfit Temizkal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bahadırhan Özdoğan came out of the goal and Müfit Temizkal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Silvan's Bahadırhan Özdoğan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Necdet Tuncal in the 39th minute of play. After 45 played minutes Silvan got a freekick which was hit by Necat Taştekin. If Müfit Temizkal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ercan Cambaz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Sungur Özguc notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Diski SK's Arın Okatan. Arın Okatan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 56thth minute of the game Ahmet Necdet Tuncal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Silvan's Bahadırhan Özdoğan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ercan Cambaz struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Arın Okatan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Silvan. Bahadırhan Özdoğan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Necdet Tuncal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Diski SK's Ahmet Necdet Tuncal got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arın Okatan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ercan Cambaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. A collision led to Diski SK getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Sungurhan Öksal hit a great ball. In the 81st minute, Sungur Özguc ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arın Okatan was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Sungur Özguc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arın Okatan having to interfere. Arın Okatan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ercan Cambaz in the 87th minute of the match. Arın Okatan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ercan Cambaz's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. When Diski SK's Ahmet Necdet Tuncal in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Silvan's goalie prevented a goal. Müfit Temizkal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bahadırhan Özdoğan having to interfere. Silvan's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
