Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cemil Kunter took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rdth minute of the game Tugay Karabulut who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Silvan's Bahadırhan Özdoğan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tugay Karabulut sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Sultanahmet's Suphi Akalın got control of the ball when Sungur Özguc tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Cemil Kunter got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ercan Cambaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Suphi Akalın having to interfere. Suphi Akalın was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Ercan Cambaz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ercan Cambaz really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. If Ercan Cambaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 49th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ercan Cambaz to strike the kick off in the second half. Suphi Akalın took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ercan Cambaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Necat Taştekin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Suphi Akalın having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sungur Özguc in the 63rd minute of play forced Sultanahmet's goalkeeper Suphi Akalın to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Suphi Akalın showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ercan Cambaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. 70 minutes into the game, Ercan Cambaz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Silvan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sultanahmet the free kick. A collision led to Silvan getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Ercan Cambaz hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Sultanahmet's zone, Ercan Cambaz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Suphi Akalın came out of the goal and Ercan Cambaz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tugay Karabulut recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cemil Kunter struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Bahadırhan Özdoğan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sultanahmet. A collision led to Silvan getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Necat Taştekin hit a great ball.
