Icerenköy's Gündüz Tevfik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nejat Alp Mertoğul in the 33rd minute of play. Ali Kürşat Bektaş fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şadi Ergül having to interfere. Cesur Gagauz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 40thth minute, Şadi Ergül skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Cesur Gagauz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Şadi Ergül made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Icerenköy's Ali Kürşat Bektaş slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Şadi Ergül. That made the score 1-0 after 46 minutes of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ali Kürşat Bektaş made a kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Ahmet Kadri Çolakoğlu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Gündüz Tevfik was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Nejat Alp Mertoğul managed to get in a good position for a shot. Düzköy's supporters rose to their feet, but Nejat Alp Mertoğul was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gündüz Tevfik breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A hard shot 59 in the game by Nejat Alp Mertoğul from a close distance when the talented Gündüz Tevfik managed to make a qualified save. Icerenköy's players were relieved. Icerenköy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Düzköy the free kick. In the 71st minute, Cemil Ongun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Icerenköy's Gündüz Tevfik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Kadri Çolakoğlu in the 76th minute of play. If Ali Kürşat Bektaş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cüneyt Kuntay hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Nejat Alp Mertoğul could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Gündüz Tevfik made a huge save. Ahmet Kadri Çolakoğlu struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Gündüz Tevfik didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Düzköy. Cemil Ongun got his second yellow card in the match during the 94th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 95th match minute, Icerenköy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cemil Ongun to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Icerenköy's goalkeeper Gündüz Tevfik, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
