Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Tuzla's Şerafettin Sarıcabay started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Şenol Salman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 9 minutes into the match, Tuzla's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Vefik İsmet came free, but Üzeyir Okatan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Cermik booed when Tuzla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Behzat Ahad didn't get a good kick on the ball. Üzeyir Okatan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şenol Salman, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmet Vefik İsmet in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Üzeyir Okatan saved Tuzla from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Tuzla's Behzat Ahad got a free kick in the 14th minute. The supporters of Tuzla booed when Cermik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Necdet Fidan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Şerafettin Sarıcabay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Hikmet Asıf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Üzeyir Okatan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Şenol Salman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Can Açıkel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Hikmet Asıf made a huge save. Behzat Ahad's late challenge caught a Cermik's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Behzat Ahad helped the player get up and apologised. Şenol Salman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Üzeyir Okatan having to make a save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Şenol Salman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Şenol Salman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Şenol Salman took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Üzeyir Okatan. Üzeyir Okatan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Şenol Salman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tuzla's Üzeyir Okatan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Tuzla from getting a goal against them. 69 minutes into the game, Süruri İlbey was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cermik's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tuzla the free kick. A collision led to Cermik getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Süruri İlbey hit a great ball. Hikmet Asıf took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Can Açıkel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hikmet Asıf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Can Açıkel in the 76th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, Cermik's goal looked a bit too open when Şerafettin Sarıcabay came free, but Hikmet Asıf reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hayrettin Durdu hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Şenol Salman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. In the 90th match minute, Tuzla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hayrettin Durdu to maneuver through the defense. Şenol Salman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
