Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ahmet Kadri Çolakoğlu started the match with the kick off. If Ahmet Kadri Çolakoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 9 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Nejat Alp Mertoğul sped through Cermik's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hikmet Asıf. When Düzköy's Nejat Alp Mertoğul in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cermik's goalie prevented a goal. Şadi Ergül showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Vefik İsmet in the 22nd minute of the match. The supporters of Cermik booed when Düzköy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celil Emiroğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ahmet Vefik İsmet struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Şadi Ergül didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cermik. Cermik's Hikmet Asıf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Kadri Çolakoğlu in the 31st minute of play. Şenol Salman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Şadi Ergül read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Kadri Çolakoğlu in the 38th minute of play forced Cermik's goalkeeper Hikmet Asıf to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Şenol Salman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Ahmet Vefik İsmet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Ahmet Vefik İsmet made the kick off in the second half. Aybar Uğursel charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aybar Uğursel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 52 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Düzköy! A collision led to Cermik getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Necdet Fidan hit a great ball. Şenol Salman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Vefik İsmet in the 65th minute of play forced Düzköy's goalkeeper Şadi Ergül to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Şadi Ergül came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Cermik's Ahmet Vefik İsmet. But to his dismay, Ahmet Vefik İsmet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Ahmet Kadri Çolakoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hikmet Asıf having to interfere. Ahmet Vefik İsmet charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ahmet Vefik İsmet the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Cermik getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Ahmet Vefik İsmet hit a great ball. With a little luck, Cermik's Hikmet Asıf got control of the ball when Nejat Alp Mertoğul tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 87th minute Şenol Salman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şadi Ergül saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 89 minutes into the match, Düzköy's Nejat Alp Mertoğul sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hikmet Asıf narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Kadri Çolakoğlu in the 91st minute of play forced Cermik's goalkeeper Hikmet Asıf to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Ahmet Vefik İsmet had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Şadi Ergül. Düzköy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ahmet Vefik İsmet was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Cermik were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Düzköy for a fine match.
