But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adnan Güdeş couldn't finish the play. İstemihan Bilgehan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adnan Güdeş in the 8th minute of the match. Batıkan Derman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but İstemihan Bilgehan made a huge save. Abidin Taluy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. İskender Baki Açar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Akşemseddin Yalınç in the 15th minute of the match. Kemaliye's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abidin Taluy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adnan Güdeş in the 34th minute of play forced Gülyali SK's goalkeeper İstemihan Bilgehan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 35 minutes, Cafer Nurtac mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gülyali SK and the Kemaliye players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 35th minute, Cafer Nurtac hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gülyali SK's İstemihan Bilgehan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adnan Güdeş in the 39th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Kemaliye's zone, Akşemseddin Yalınç stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. İskender Baki Açar came out of the goal and Akşemseddin Yalınç tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

When Kemaliye's Batıkan Derman in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gülyali SK's goalie prevented a goal. If Abidin Taluy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th minute, Batıkan Derman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 57th minute Adnan Güdeş shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İstemihan Bilgehan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Batıkan Derman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Akşemseddin Yalınç fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İskender Baki Açar having to interfere. İstemihan Bilgehan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Batıkan Derman, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. İstemihan Bilgehan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adnan Güdeş in the 66th minute of play. If Batıkan Derman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Batıkan Derman in the 69th minute of play forced Gülyali SK's goalkeeper İstemihan Bilgehan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kemaliye's Adnan Güdeş got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Gülyali SK defense, Adnan Güdeş kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of İstemihan Bilgehan. The Gülyali SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that İstemihan Bilgehan should have stopped the shot. 91 minutes into the game, Akşemseddin Yalınç cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. İskender Baki Açar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Gülyali SK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Gülyali SK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
