Caner İleri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Ayvalik's Cüneyt Macit got a free kick in the 11th minute. After having played for 14 minutes, Mürsel Çelikoz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yamanlar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mürsel Çelikoz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ayvalik's Ali Hamza Nefer got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ali Hamza Nefer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Uğur Tanacan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tevfik Akpınar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mehdi Sümeroğlu's late challenge caught a Yamanlar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mehdi Sümeroğlu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 40th match minute, Ayvalik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mehdi Sümeroğlu to maneuver through the defense. Ayvalik's Caner İleri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mürsel Çelikoz in the 45th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mürsel Çelikoz to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes Ayvalik got a freekick which was hit by Arif Burak Duran. Caner İleri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramiz Cangun, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Ramiz Cangun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yamanlar's supporters rose to their feet, but Ramiz Cangun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Caner İleri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cüneyt Macit's late challenge caught a Yamanlar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ayvalik were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
