Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Mehmet Çağrı Raid got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yıldıray Tunçbilek in the 3rd minute of play forced Düzköy's goalkeeper Onur Ali Coşkun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Onur Ali Coşkun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Azim Vedatoğulları's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. Edirne's Selçuk Barlas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehmet Çağrı Raid in the 12th minute of play. Azim Vedatoğulları received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Onur Ali Coşkun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 16th minute Yıldıray Tunçbilek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Onur Ali Coşkun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Selçuk Barlas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Çağrı Raid in the 19th minute of the match. In the 24th minute Mehmet Çağrı Raid shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Selçuk Barlas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Azim Vedatoğulları recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 29 minutes into the game, Vehdi Şeref was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Edirne's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Düzköy the free kick. In the 29th minute, Vehdi Şeref hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th minute of the match Hürkan Akkan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Selçuk Barlas skillfully saved the ball. When Yakup Kadri Mahçupyan fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The audience was convinced that Mehmet Çağrı Raid's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Selçuk Barlas was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Hürkan Akkan was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 44 minutes into the match. The referee gave Edirne a penalty, 46 minutes into the game. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yıldıray Tunçbilek to make the kick off. Onur Ali Coşkun made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Azim Vedatoğulları sent off a good shot on target. Edirne's Sungurhan Saim suffered a concussion after 58 minutes and had to leave the field. Çağlar Özoğuz charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Çağlar Özoğuz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 59 played minutes Düzköy got a freekick which was hit by Çağlar Özoğuz. Ahmet Ozan Isfahanlı was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 60th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Azim Vedatoğullarıs short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Onur Ali Coşkun to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 64 minutes of play Edirne's Vehdi Şeref was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 66 played minutes Edirne got a freekick which was hit by Azim Vedatoğulları. In the 67th minute of the match Ulu Aktay sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Selçuk Barlas skillfully saved the ball. After having played for 74 minutes, Yıldıray Tunçbilek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Edirne's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yıldıray Tunçbilek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaid Tayyip in the 76th minute of play forced Edirne's goalkeeper Selçuk Barlas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zaid Tayyip's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Selçuk Barlas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaid Tayyip in the 82nd minute of play forced Edirne's goalkeeper Selçuk Barlas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 84 minutes of play, Düzköy's Zaid Tayyip made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Selçuk Barlas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Azim Vedatoğulları could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Onur Ali Coşkun made a huge save. In the 89th minute, Zaid Tayyip ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Selçuk Barlas was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. İnanç Özaydın kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Zaid Tayyip recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Düzköy's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
