Karasu FK's Ömer Rıza Akıncıbey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anıl Ege Orsan in the 5th minute of play. After having played for 7 minutes, Ragıp Sağlamer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Karasu FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ragıp Sağlamer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Geyve FK getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Ali Cengiz Raşit hit a great ball. 12 minutes into the game, Anıl Ege Orsan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Geyve FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Karasu FK the free kick. After a rather tough play, Geyve FK's Anıl Ege Orsan got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 14th minute of the match Mehmet Hamdi Şakib shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ceyhun Babaoğlu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Erdem Zağanos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Vefik Demirhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rahmi Taymaz during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ahmet Vefik Demirhan got free with Ömer Rıza Akıncıbey in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ceyhun Babaoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ragıp Sağlamer, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Ragıp Sağlamer might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ceyhun Babaoğlu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ragıp Sağlamer ran back to his position shaking his head. Ahmet Vefik Demirhan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Ömer Rıza Akıncıbey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37th minute Anıl Ege Orsan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ömer Rıza Akıncıbey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ragıp Sağlamer in the 39th minute of play forced Geyve FK's goalkeeper Ceyhun Babaoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

53 minutes into the match, Karasu FK's goal looked a bit too open when Anıl Ege Orsan came free, but Ömer Rıza Akıncıbey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 56 minutes, Demir Karakaya mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Karasu FK and the Geyve FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 56th minute, Demir Karakaya hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 58th match minute, Karasu FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Demir Karakaya to maneuver through the defense. Ceyhun Babaoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erdem Zağanos, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. If Ragıp Sağlamer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Geyve FK's Arda Tengiroğlu got a free kick in the 67th minute. When Karasu FK's Erdem Zağanos in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Geyve FK's goalie prevented a goal. Şafak Soyurgal's late challenge caught a Geyve FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Şafak Soyurgal helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Geyve FK booed when Karasu FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Şafak Soyurgal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ahmet Vefik Demirhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ömer Rıza Akıncıbey having to interfere. 93 minutes into the game, Anıl Ege Orsan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Ömer Rıza Akıncıbey was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Geyve FK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
