Cicekdagi's Birant Artan got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Birant Artan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 12th minute, Korkutalp Mete made a precise shot to the right of Ardahan Vehbi. Yildirim's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. If Akil Tecimen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Göktürk Eryiğit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artaç Nebi in the 17th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the game, Yildirim's Artaç Nebi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Göktürk Eryiğit made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After 22 played minutes Cicekdagi got a freekick which was hit by Ali Galip Başok. Birant Artan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 31 minutes into the match, Yildirim's goal looked a bit too open when Korkutalp Mete came free, but Ardahan Vehbi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Korkutalp Mete's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ardahan Vehbi was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Aykut Vezir kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Göktürk Eryiğit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artaç Nebi in the 42nd minute of the match. 43 minutes into the match, Cicekdagi's goalkeeper Göktürk Eryiğit had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Akil Tecimen. Birant Artan struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Ardahan Vehbi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cicekdagi. After a defensive mix-up in Yildirim's zone, Birant Artan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ardahan Vehbi came out of the goal and Birant Artan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Artaç Nebi to strike the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Cicekdagi's goal looked a bit too open when Artaç Nebi came free, but Göktürk Eryiğit reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ahmet Yahya Talaş kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. When Artaç Nebi came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Yildirim fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Artaç Nebi couldn't finish the play. After 63 played minutes Yildirim got a freekick which was hit by Behram Seyhan. Göktürk Eryiğit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Akil Tecimen in the 67th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Akil Tecimen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Göktürk Eryiğit was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. Göktürk Eryiğit showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Akil Tecimen, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Göktürk Eryiğit took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artaç Nebi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute Artaç Nebi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Göktürk Eryiğit saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Akil Tecimen in the 90th minute of play forced Cicekdagi's goalkeeper Göktürk Eryiğit to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cicekdagi's Göktürk Eryiğit played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artaç Nebi in the 91st minute of play. After having played for 93 minutes, Akil Tecimen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yildirim's supporters crossed their fingers, but Akil Tecimen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Göktürk Eryiğit stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Artaç Nebi's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. Göktürk Eryiğit came out of the goal in the 98th minute to try and stop a shot by Yildirim's Artaç Nebi. But to his dismay, Artaç Nebi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Yildirim's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
