The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some careless play in the Cay defense, Mehmet Emre Seyfi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gazanfer Özcan Refettin. The Cay fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gazanfer Özcan Refettin should have stopped the shot. Tümer Yiğiter kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Gazanfer Özcan Refettin came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Senpazar's Ahmet Tolga Sarik. But to his dismay, Ahmet Tolga Sarik quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 32nd match minute, Cay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tümer Yiğiter to maneuver through the defense. Tugay Çağili showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Necaettin Sabir, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. If Mehmet Emre Seyfi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Tolga Sarik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gazanfer Özcan Refettin having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Necaettin Sabir in the 44th minute of play forced Senpazar's goalkeeper Tugay Çağili to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 46 minutes into the match, Senpazar's goalkeeper Tugay Çağili had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fatih Ustaoğlu. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ahmet Tolga Sarik was the one to do the kick off. Ahmet Tolga Sarik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gazanfer Özcan Refettin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tugay Çağili made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Necaettin Sabir in the 60th minute of play. In the 62nd minute Mehmet Emre Seyfi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gazanfer Özcan Refettin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gazanfer Özcan Refettin had great luck who in the 63rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Ahmet Tolga Sarik from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Cay's Fatih Ustaoğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Atahan Özsel lost his temper 75 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 75th minute, one of Senpazar:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Senpazar. The referee gave Cay a penalty, 78 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Erberk Talay, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Senpazar's Tugay Çağili. 1-3. Necaettin Sabir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tugay Çağili having to interfere. Mehmet Emre Seyfi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Senpazar getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Güney Atabey hit a great ball. The Senpazar players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
