Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Ferizli's Kamber Mazlum started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ferizli's Ayhan Tavil got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arif Burak Acun during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 4th minute, one of Ferizli:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ferizli. Berkem Barkan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oğuz Volkan, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Ayhan Tavil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Erbatur Saatçioğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Uğur Direnç charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Uğur Direnç the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Uğur Direnç kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. When Arif Cengiz Argun fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kayseri's protests and gave Arif Cengiz Argun a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Kayseri getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Arif Cengiz Argun hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ayhan Tavil in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erbatur Saatçioğlu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kamber Mazlum recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Oğuz Volkan made a kick off. Alkın Yalman hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. If Oğuz Volkan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 60 minutes into the match, Ayhan Tavil notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Kayseri's Erbatur Saatçioğlu. Erbatur Saatçioğlu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 67th match minute, Kayseri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Utkan Sadri to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Ferizli booed when Kayseri was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Utkan Sadri didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ayhan Tavil in the 72nd minute of play forced Kayseri's goalkeeper Erbatur Saatçioğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erbatur Saatçioğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ayhan Tavil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Ayhan Tavil came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Ferizli fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ayhan Tavil couldn't finish the play. 82 minutes into the match, Kayseri's goal looked a bit too open when Kamber Mazlum came free, but Erbatur Saatçioğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Uğur Direnç was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 83 minutes had been played. The audience was convinced that Ayhan Tavil's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Erbatur Saatçioğlu was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. Ayhan Tavil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erbatur Saatçioğlu having to interfere. Erbatur Saatçioğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kamber Mazlum in the 91st minute of play. In the 96th match minute, Kayseri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kaptan Tuğsan to maneuver through the defense. Kayseri's Erbatur Saatçioğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ayhan Tavil in the 100th minute of play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
