In the 8th minute, Batuğ Serhan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ogün Vurgun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gökcan Tunçkılıç, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Batuğ Serhan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Serhat Hicab tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ogün Vurgun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aybar Rebi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Onur Ali İlsu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ali Nabi Tanpınar struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Serhat Hicab didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Esenler SK. 24 minutes into the game, Kazım Garip was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zile's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Esenler SK the free kick. After a defensive mix-up in Zile's zone, Ali Nabi Tanpınar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Serhat Hicab came out of the goal and Ali Nabi Tanpınar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 27 minutes into the match, Zile's goal looked a bit too open when Batuğ Serhan came free, but Serhat Hicab reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Esenler SK's goal looked a bit too open when Aybar Rebi came free, but Ogün Vurgun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Gökcan Tunçkılıç notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Esenler SK's Ogün Vurgun. Ogün Vurgun was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Esenler SK were furious when Oğuzkan Uçman was red carded, 39 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 41st minute there was a penalty for Zile. Acar Kamuran stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ogün Vurgun. 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aybar Rebi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Ali Nabi Tanpınar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zile's Serhat Hicab played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Onur Ali İlsu in the 55th minute of play. If Gökcan Tunçkılıç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 62 minutes into the game, Aybar Rebi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ogün Vurgun. Aybar Rebi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. In the 66th minute, Ferid Uğur ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ogün Vurgun was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. After 71 played minutes Zile got a freekick which was hit by Kazım Garip. Zile's Serhat Hicab played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Nabi Tanpınar in the 77th minute of play. Zile's Acar Kamuran shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 91st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ogün Vurgun but with some difficulty. Zile's Gökcan Tunçkılıç got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Esenler SK's zone, Aybar Rebi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ogün Vurgun came out of the goal and Aybar Rebi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Batuğ Serhan kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
