A collision led to Elazigspor FK getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Demirhan Onurad hit a great ball. 15 minutes into the game, Mustafa Orhan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ihsaniye's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Elazigspor FK the free kick. Mustafa Orhan hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. After having played for 18 minutes, İskender Ergüden managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Elazigspor FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but İskender Ergüden was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 21 minutes into the match, Elazigspor FK's goal looked a bit too open when Ferid Kadi came free, but Mehmet Hakkı İley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Çağatay Hazret ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mehmet Hakkı İley was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Anıl Arda Koytak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeki Oğuzer having to interfere. In the 29th minute İskender Ergüden shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeki Oğuzer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anıl Arda Koytaks short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Zeki Oğuzer to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After having played for 53 minutes, Ferid Kadi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ihsaniye's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ferid Kadi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Çağatay Hazret sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ferid Kadi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Mehmet Hakkı İley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zeki Oğuzer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anıl Arda Koytak, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. The supporters of Ihsaniye booed when Elazigspor FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vefa Mesut didn't get a good kick on the ball.
