Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ragıp Kamer started the match with the kick off. Yalçın Osmanlıoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Engin Ruhsan hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. When Yalçın Osmanlıoğlu came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Gürün FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yalçın Osmanlıoğlu couldn't finish the play. After having played for 6 minutes, Halil Can Özkurt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dinar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Halil Can Özkurt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Gaffar Ispartalı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mirza Haliloğlu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ragıp Kamer's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. In the 12th minute, Halil Can Özkurt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Yalçın Osmanlıoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Yıldırım Sermet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Yalçın Osmanlıoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 21 minutes, Yıldırım Sermet successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Halil Can Özkurt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 26 minutes into the game, one of Gürün FK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Mirza Haliloğlu had in the 28thth minute some difficulties stopping Arman Başat's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 33rd minute of the match Mecnun Akdağ sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Yıldırım Sermet skillfully saved the ball. Muharrem Gençoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Yıldırım Sermet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Muharrem Gençoğlus short, quick shot in the 37thth minute got Yıldırım Sermet to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Halil Can Özkurt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mirza Haliloğlu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. The supporters of Dinar booed when Gürün FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Suphi İpekli didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Halil Can Özkurt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Mirza Haliloğlu made a huge save. Ragıp Kamer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mirza Haliloğlu having to interfere. Mirza Haliloğlu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adem Öztaylan in the 74th minute. An unexpected shot in the 84th minute by Ragıp Kamer got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Suphi İpekli's late challenge caught a Dinar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Suphi İpekli helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Gürün FK getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Suphi İpekli hit a great ball. Despite being the better team, Dinar failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
