Samsat's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arif Memduh Kavaş was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After a defensive mix-up in Samsat's zone, Tevfik Tuncel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Özcan Nurullah came out of the goal and Tevfik Tuncel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Gafur Özgun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 97thth minute of the game Gafur Özgun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Samsat's Özcan Nurullah was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 97 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Gafur Özgun sped through Samsat's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Özcan Nurullah. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Altiparmak SK had won after a very even match.
