Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mustafa Hamit Bedel in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ediz Tanacan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Yedikule booed when Yalova JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erkin Bozoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th match minute, Yedikule was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kutalp Sarpkan to maneuver through the defense. In the 11th minute, Okanay Boyraz sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Yedikule's Bektaş Ali Yenal didn't even have to move. A collision led to Yalova JK getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Ahmet Hafiz Nejat hit a great ball. Ediz Tanacan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Çelebi Eriş in the 23rd minute of play. Necati Cerit blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bektaş Ali Yenal having to make a save. Harun Başeski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 32 played minutes Yedikule got a freekick which was hit by Kutalp Sarpkan. 32 minutes into the match, Okanay Boyraz sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Bektaş Ali Yenal threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Okanay Boyraz this time. The supporters of Yedikule booed when Yalova JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emrullah Camcı didn't get a good kick on the ball. Çelebi Eriş fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ediz Tanacan having to interfere. After 46 minutes of play, Yedikule's Hafız Yuvakuran made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ediz Tanacan was left in no man's land by his defense there!

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Çelebi Eriş to make the kick off. Ediz Tanacan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mustafa Hamit Bedel went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Ediz Tanacan was out of position in the 60 minute of play, and Çelebi Eriş capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Çelebi Eriş really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Mustafa Hamit Bedel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yedikule's supporters rose to their feet, but Mustafa Hamit Bedel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ediz Tanacan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Mustafa Hamit Bedel came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Yedikule fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mustafa Hamit Bedel couldn't finish the play. Ediz Tanacan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mustafa Hamit Bedel went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Ediz Tanacan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mustafa Hamit Bedel in the 80th minute. When Harun Başeski came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Yalova JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Harun Başeski couldn't finish the play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Yedikule fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 82nd minute. Penalty! In the 84th minute there was a penalty for Yalova JK. Okanay Boyraz stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Bektaş Ali Yenal. 1-4. If Necati Cerit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bektaş Ali Yenal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harun Başeski in the 89th minute of the match. Yalova JK's Necati Cerit got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Harun Başeski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Bektaş Ali Yenal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 94 played minutes Yedikule got a freekick which was hit by Asım Tunçkılıç. Hafız Yuvakuran's late challenge caught a Yalova JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hafız Yuvakuran helped the player get up and apologised. Yedikule's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
