The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 3rd minute of the game. One of Batman FK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Izmirspor FK:s goal. Furkan Niğdeli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ayvaz Bağcı, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Çelik Birge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Furkan Niğdeli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Furkan Niğdeli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Çelik Birge, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. The supporters of Izmirspor FK booed when Batman FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atilla Kağan Bozdoğan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 24 minutes, Çelik Birge managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Izmirspor FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Çelik Birge was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Çelik Birge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Furkan Niğdeli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ayvaz Bağcı in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Furkan Niğdeli saved Batman FK from getting behind. Gökçen Erkılınç hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After 33 played minutes, Izmirspor FK's Mustafa Hamit İhya shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Furkan Niğdeli came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Izmirspor FK reached it. Erdinç Ethem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fedai Yahya in the 36th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fedai Yahya in the 40th minute of play forced Izmirspor FK's goalkeeper Erdinç Ethem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The wind increased when Ayvaz Bağcı made the kick off in the second half. Çelik Birge was extremely unlucky when he, in the 54th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The audience thought a goal was coming when Çelik Birge got free with Furkan Niğdeli in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Erdinç Ethem took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fedai Yahya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Çelik Birge scored 0-1 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Furkan Niğdeli, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mustafa Hamit İhya kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, Batman FK's goal looked a bit too open when Ayvaz Bağcı came free, but Furkan Niğdeli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Batman FK getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Ahmet Kağan Güdü hit a great ball. Ayvaz Bağcı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Furkan Niğdeli having to interfere. Çelik Birge recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Batman FK booed when Izmirspor FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yavuz Selimhan Öğüç didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 88 minutes, Yavuz Selimhan Öğüç mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Izmirspor FK and the Batman FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. 89 minutes into the match, Batman FK's Fedai Yahya sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Erdinç Ethem narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Abdulaziz Tuğsavaş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 98 minutes into the match, Izmirspor FK's goal looked a bit too open when Abdulaziz Tuğsavaş came free, but Erdinç Ethem reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Batman FK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Izmirspor FK's performance. The match ended with a win for Izmirspor FK.
