Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Faruk Nafiz Öz started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 5 minutes into the game, Kestel SK's Yakut İncesu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mehmet Bilge Kağan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 8th minute Faruk Nafiz Öz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emrah Zati saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dursun Bucak hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Yakut İncesu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kestel SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Yakut İncesu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mehmet Bilge Kağan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 19th match minute, Kestel SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yakut İncesu to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Bahadır Taylak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Giresun FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Bahadır Taylak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emrah Zati breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Kestel SK's goalkeeper Emrah Zati, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Emrah Zati stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Faruk Nafiz Öz's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Emrah Zati made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bahadır Taylak in the 27th minute. After having played for 30 minutes, Yakut İncesu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kestel SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yakut İncesu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Faruk Nafiz Öz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 35th minute of the match Güngör Özbil sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emrah Zati skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yakut İncesu in the 41st minute of play forced Giresun FK's goalkeeper Mehmet Bilge Kağan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Kestel SK getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Anıl Usluer hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Mehmet Bilge Kağan came out of the goal and Yakut İncesu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bahadır Taylak in the 72nd minute of play forced Kestel SK's goalkeeper Emrah Zati to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute, Faruk Nafiz Öz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bahadır Taylak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Faruk Nafiz Öz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st minute, Dursun Bucak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Kestel SK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
