When Dilaver Ateşoğlu came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Kumluca JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dilaver Ateşoğlu couldn't finish the play. 16 minutes into the match, Arslan Kutkan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ahmet Nasir Yezid. Kumluca JK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arslan Kutkan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 24 minutes into the game, Kumluca JK's Ferhan Haylaz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aytaç Kahraman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After 26 played minutes Kumluca JK got a freekick which was hit by Temel Suerkan. Ferhan Haylaz hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, Kiziltoprak's Ahmet Nasir Yezid threw himself towards the right post 31 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Akın Bilek, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ahmet Erdem Altun hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Akın Bilek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Kumluca JK's zone, Akın Bilek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmet Nasir Yezid came out of the goal and Akın Bilek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ahmet Nasir Yezid made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Arslan Kutkan sent off a good shot on target. Dilaver Ateşoğlu scored 1-2 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aytaç Kahraman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 45 minutes, Arslan Kutkan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kiziltoprak and the Kumluca JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Derviş Sırat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aytaç Kahraman having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Kumluca JK's Ahmet Nasir Yezid played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Akın Bilek in the 60th minute of play. Ahmet Nasir Yezid showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Akın Bilek in the 61st minute of the match. Ahmet Nasir Yezid showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arslan Kutkan, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Arslan Kutkan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kiziltoprak's supporters rose to their feet, but Arslan Kutkan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet Nasir Yezid breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arslan Kutkan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Ahmet Nasir Yezid tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
