In the 4th minute, Şener Yağıztekin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Asım Arif Hazlan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Necmi Kökşin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. Necmi Kökşin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ersin Özerdim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 10 minutes into the match, Daricaspor's goal looked a bit too open when Faruk Garipoğlu came free, but Bekir Celilay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Faruk Garipoğlu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bekir Celilay read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. Necmi Kökşin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Asım Arif Hazlan in the 18th minute of the match. Faruk Garipoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Bekir Celilay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faruk Garipoğlu in the 22nd minute of play forced Daricaspor's goalkeeper Bekir Celilay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bekir Celilay made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Ramazan Çetinel sent off a good shot on target. Necmi Kökşin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ersin Özerdim in the 29th minute of the match. Asım Arif Hazlan took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Necmi Kökşin. Necmi Kökşin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 37 minutes into the match, Daricaspor's goalkeeper Bekir Celilay had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ramazan Çetinel. Daricaspor's Asım Arif Hazlan got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Baltalimani players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Daricaspor were winning 0-1.

Bekir Celilay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramazan Çetinel's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Bekir Celilay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faruk Garipoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baki Akçakoca hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. After 64 minutes, İlbey Oğuzer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Baltalimani and the Daricaspor players grew even worse after the yellow card. Şemsettin Diriğ kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Necmi Kökşin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Asım Arif Hazlan, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute.
