Biga's Kağan Sargut got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 1-1 became the score in the 23rd minute when Selman Kutlay elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Ahmet Çağrı Ulukaan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Batu Batıhan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ahmet Çağrı Ulukaan came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Kandilli FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Çağrı Ulukaan couldn't finish the play. After 42 played minutes Kandilli FK got a freekick which was hit by Tunç Sonalp. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 46th minute of the game. One of Kandilli FK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Biga:s goal. The goalkeeper, Erdoğan Cesimi, was totally fooled by Biga's Battal Gazi Eraslan, who 47 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Selman Kutlay made a kick off. In the 56th minute there was a penalty for Biga. Battal Gazi Eraslan stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Erdoğan Cesimi. 3-1. Kağan Sargut fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erdoğan Cesimi having to interfere. Erdoğan Cesimi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kağan Sargut went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Kandilli FK's Okanalp Eraltay got a free kick in the 64th minute. Selman Kutlay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Batu Batıhan having to interfere. Atalan Bircan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Batu Batıhan having to interfere. Ahmet Çağrı Ulukaan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 74th minute Tayfun Şafakgün shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erdoğan Cesimi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kağan Sargut fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erdoğan Cesimi having to interfere. In the 79th minute Selman Kutlay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Batu Batıhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 80 minutes, Ahmet Çağrı Ulukaan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kandilli FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Çağrı Ulukaan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Kandilli FK's Okanalp Eraltay got a free kick in the 89th minute. Ahmet Çağrı Ulukaan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 97thth minute tested the skills of Batu Batıhan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 98th minute of the game, Ahmet Çağrı Ulukaan landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. 99 minutes into the game, Battal Gazi Eraslan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Biga's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kandilli FK the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 98th minute of the game. One of Biga:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Kandilli FK:s goal. Kandilli FK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
