In the 46th minute, Anıl Mücahit Şahvar sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Kas's Rıfkı Talayman didn't even have to move. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fatih Okman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fatih Okman might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rıfkı Talayman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fatih Okman ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 65th minute, Akgün Sezai got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ufuk Ünan charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ufuk Ünan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 88th minute Fatih Okman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rıfkı Talayman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rıfkı Talayman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ufuk Ünan in the 93rd minute of play. Bandirma's Andaç Muhlis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Furkan Temizkan in the 96th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Bandirma had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
