Gündüz Hafi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andaç Muhlis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Fatih Okman charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fatih Okman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Bandirma getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Gündüz Hafi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell İlker Sümer to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, İlker Sümer reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Andaç Muhlis. The goal made the score 0-1. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Fatih Okman put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Abuzer Akbora. Through an outstanding action, after 59 minutes, Andaç Muhlis successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of Kalamis FK booed when Bandirma was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamdi Kutal didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 83 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Fatih Okman sped through Kalamis FK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Abuzer Akbora. In the 90th minute, Abdülhak Kargin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 92 minutes, İlker Sümer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kalamis FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but İlker Sümer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. İlker Sümer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andaç Muhlis having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Bandirma fans cheered their team off the field, for while Kalamis FK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
