In the 22nd match minute, Güzelbahce was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kenan Siraceddin to maneuver through the defense. Kalkandere SK's Mehmet Osman Beysan got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 25 minutes into the game, one of Güzelbahce:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Güzelbahce:s Kadri Akbora showed great skill when he stopped Mehmet Osman Beysan:s penalty. Mehmet Osman Beysan scored 0-1 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kadri Akbora, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Şeref Şafakgüns short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Kaan Rehber to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Giray Ungur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kaan Rehber having to interfere. If Giray Ungur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Giray Ungur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Giray Ungur made a kick off. If Şemsettin Karacan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Şemsettin Karacan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Kadri Akbora made a huge save. If Hasan Hüseyin Tokcan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 62 minutes into the game, Sermet Altuner was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Güzelbahce's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kalkandere SK the free kick. Güzelbahce's Kadri Akbora proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Güzelbahce from getting a goal against them. When the final whistle went the supporters of Kalkandere SK were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Güzelbahce side.
