After a rather tough play, Bogazliyan SK's Yakup Özgenalp got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Selahaddin Oğuzalp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Resulhan Kahveci in the 3rd minute of play. If Sarper Ülger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bogazliyan SK's Selahaddin Oğuzalp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Resulhan Kahveci in the 8th minute of play. Orhangazi FK's Abdurrezzak Ahad got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Selahaddin Oğuzalp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şinasi Çağan, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hulusi Tandan in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mustafa Kemal Olgunsu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Bogazliyan SK's Yakup Özgenalp got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 23rd minute, Abdurrezzak Ahad got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sarper Ülger in the 27th minute of play forced Orhangazi FK's goalkeeper Mustafa Kemal Olgunsu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Resulhan Kahveci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Bogazliyan SK's Selahaddin Oğuzalp got control of the ball when Abdurrezzak Ahad tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bogazliyan SK's Selahaddin Oğuzalp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Resulhan Kahveci in the 34th minute of play. Resulhan Kahveci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Resulhan Kahveci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Selahaddin Oğuzalp having to interfere. Orhangazi FK's Mustafa Kemal Olgunsu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sarper Ülger in the 46th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Resulhan Kahveci to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Bogazliyan SK's Sarper Ülger slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mustafa Kemal Olgunsu. That made the score 0-1 after 52 minutes of play. After 59 played minutes Bogazliyan SK got a freekick which was hit by Sümer Çelikel. An unexpectedly hard shot by Resulhan Kahveci in the 61st minute of play forced Bogazliyan SK's goalkeeper Selahaddin Oğuzalp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abdurrezzak Ahad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Hulusi Tandan came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Bogazliyan SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hulusi Tandan couldn't finish the play. In the 69th minute, Orhangazi FK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Sarper Ülger fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Resulhan Kahveci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 75th minute of the match Oğuzcan Hamurcuoğlu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Selahaddin Oğuzalp skillfully saved the ball. Resulhan Kahveci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 90th match minute, Bogazliyan SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nedim Cezri to maneuver through the defense. Sarper Ülger's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mustafa Kemal Olgunsu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. In the 98th minute, Resulhan Kahveci left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Orhangazi FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Bogazliyan SK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Orhangazi FK.
