A very good chance. Tavas's Ali Haydar Aktay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alphan Okutan in the 24th minute of play. After 30 played minutes Levent Tunçaslan rounded Maltepe FK's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Alphan Okutan struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Ali Haydar Aktay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maltepe FK. Ali Haydar Aktay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aytaç Sağman, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Levent Tunçaslan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Genco Okbaş tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mehmet Bilge Özcan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Genco Okbaş having to interfere. Levent Tunçaslan struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Genco Okbaş didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tavas. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Levent Tunçaslan was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Maltepe FK's Bünyamin İzmirli got a free kick in the 54th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Levent Tunçaslan in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Genco Okbaş saved Maltepe FK from getting behind. Tavas's Ali Haydar Aktay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Tavas from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mehmet Bilge Özcan in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Genco Okbaş prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Maltepe FK getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Bekir Tahir hit a great ball. After 68 played minutes, Tavas's Ertuğrul Kayhan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Genco Okbaş came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tavas reached it. In the 70th minute, Ahmet Keçeli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tavas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Levent Tunçaslan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Tavas's Ali Haydar Aktay got control of the ball when Aytaç Sağman tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Mehmet Bilge Özcan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Levent Tunçaslan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Genco Okbaş having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Tavas had won after a very even match.
