Ahmetli JK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yamanlar JK the free kick. After a rather tough play, Ahmetli JK's Tarkan Ortaç got a free kick in the 44th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tansu Derelioğlu in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ceyhan Andaç saved Ahmetli JK from getting behind. Ahmetli JK's Ceyhan Andaç played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ünal Suphi in the 49th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gündüz Kayral was the one to do the kick off.
