A hard shot by Adem Gilşah from long distance, 6 minutes into the match, got Rıza Altunay's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Hadi Haşmetli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rıza Altunay having to interfere. 11 minutes into the match, Malkara FK's goalkeeper Rıza Altunay had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hadi Haşmetli. When Yaglidere SK's Olcay Orkun Özdoğal in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Malkara FK's goalie prevented a goal. Yaglidere SK's Hadi Haşmetli got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Malkara FK's goalkeeper Rıza Altunay, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fehmi Turhan struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Temel Altunhan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Malkara FK. When Azim Özden fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Malkara FK's protests and gave Azim Özden a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Malkara FK getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Azim Özden hit a great ball. When Yaglidere SK's Olcay Orkun Özdoğal in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Malkara FK's goalie prevented a goal. Temel Altunhan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fehmi Turhan in the 28th minute of play. In the 38th match minute, Yaglidere SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Melih Cevdet Tüzer to maneuver through the defense. Yiğitcan Ergünay missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 41 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Temel Altunhan right hand side. 46 minutes into the match, Malkara FK's goal looked a bit too open when Olcay Orkun Özdoğal came free, but Rıza Altunay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Olcay Orkun Özdoğal made the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Yaglidere SK's Olcay Orkun Özdoğal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rıza Altunay narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tan Çolak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yaglidere SK's Abdurrahim Cemşit suffered a concussion after 66 minutes and had to leave the field. In the 67th minute, Ahmet Gündüz Serir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hadi Haşmetli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rıza Altunay having to interfere. Hadi Haşmetli blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rıza Altunay having to make a save. Arif Memduh Arıcan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rıza Altunay having to interfere. If Hadi Haşmetli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
