The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

In the 69th minute Güvenç Yeğiner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ozan Tümkan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Osman Yoran managed to get in a good position for a shot. Samsat SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Osman Yoran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Birol Bayındır breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Samsat SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Osman Yoran was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 90 minutes, Birol Bayındır successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Bafra's zone, Osman Yoran stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Birol Bayındır came out of the goal and Osman Yoran tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Samsat SK players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Bafra from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
