Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Yaşar Nuri Payam started the match with the kick off. In the 12th match minute, Hopa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tacettin Karginalp to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute of the match Mustafa Namık Sevgen shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Habib Koytan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Hopa's zone, Hüsmen İlkut stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Habib Koytan came out of the goal and Hüsmen İlkut tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Sarper Müjdat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Halil Utku Eracar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Çetin Vefa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Sarper Müjdat ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Habib Koytan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Hüsmen İlkut recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When İsmail Hakkı Tokuz fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Celtik JK's protests and gave İsmail Hakkı Tokuz a yellow card for diving instead. If Halil Utku Eracar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 44 minutes into the match, Celtik JK's goalkeeper Çetin Vefa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Halil Utku Eracar. The Hopa players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Celtik JK were winning 0-1.

If Sarper Müjdat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Hopa getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Alemdar Özdeş hit a great ball. After having played for 56 minutes, Hüsmen İlkut managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Celtik JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hüsmen İlkut was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Hopa's Halil Utku Eracar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Çetin Vefa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Hopa fans' excitement grew in the 70th match minute when Hopa's Yaşar Nuri Payam looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 75 minutes into the match, Celtik JK's goal looked a bit too open when Yaşar Nuri Payam came free, but Çetin Vefa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd match minute, Celtik JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Halil Utku Türkmen to maneuver through the defense. 84 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Hopa's Halil Utku Eracar fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Halil Utku Eracar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Çetin Vefa having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erdi Savgat during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 95th match minute, Hopa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erdi Savgat to maneuver through the defense. The Celtik JK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Celtik JK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
