When Mustafa Hamit Uzgoren came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Zara fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mustafa Hamit Uzgoren couldn't finish the play. Aytaç Samim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Halim Ballı, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. 32 minutes into the match, Halim Ballı had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aytaç Samim. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 49th minute, when Hamamözü SK's Ergincan Dicle after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Abuzer Yalavaç in Zara's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
