The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 8 played minutes Honaz got a freekick which was hit by Feyyaz İlkim. 9 minutes into the match, Pertek SK's Reha Sudi broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. It was a well-played corner which Menderes Tokyüz managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. A collision led to Pertek SK getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Menderes Tokyüz hit a great ball. Vacib Günay was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mehmet Hakkı Seferoğlulları showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 28 minute of play. In the 31st match minute, Honaz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yakup Ciner to maneuver through the defense. Reha Sudi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vacib Günay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehmet Hakkı Seferoğlulları in the 36th minute of play. Ahmet Turan Bekir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Osman Ali Arıbaş tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Şimşek Karaca was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 43rd minute. Pertek SK's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 44th minute, Reha Sudi fired a really elegant long shot, but Vacib Günay threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. If Mehmet Hakkı Seferoğlulları had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

After 83 played minutes Honaz got a freekick which was hit by Aybar Eryetiş. 89 minutes into the match, Pertek SK's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Turan Bekir came free, but Osman Ali Arıbaş reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
