If Binali Tumbay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Çelik Ünek struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Kubilay Yenbu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sehitkamil FK. Kubilay Yenbu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Binali Tumbay in the 7th minute of the match. Hacı Ali Dervişoğlu succeeded in the game's 8th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. 13 minutes into the match, Sehitkamil FK's goal looked a bit too open when Hacı Ali Dervişoğlu came free, but Recai Neyzen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Abdi Saygın Kadri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hacı Ali Dervişoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Recai Neyzen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Baskil's Hacı Ali Dervişoğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Binali Tumbay might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kubilay Yenbu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Binali Tumbay ran back to his position shaking his head. 29 minutes into the game, Sehitkamil FK's Binali Tumbay nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kubilay Yenbu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Mehmet Hamdi Sait received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Recai Neyzen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kubilay Yenbu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Çelik Ünek in the 34th minute of play. If Abdi Saygın Kadri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Recai Neyzen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hacı Ali Dervişoğlu in the 42nd minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Sehitkamil FK's goal looked a bit too open when Hacı Ali Dervişoğlu came free, but Recai Neyzen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Çelik Ünek to make the kick off. Binali Tumbay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdi Saygın Kadri in the 62nd minute of play forced Sehitkamil FK's goalkeeper Recai Neyzen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kubilay Yenbu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Çelik Ünek, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 68th minute Çelik Ünek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kubilay Yenbu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Recai Neyzen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hacı Ali Dervişoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Recai Neyzen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdi Saygın Kadri in the 73rd minute of the match. The goalkeeper, Kubilay Yenbu, was totally fooled by Sehitkamil FK's Alptuğ Elçin, who 81 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Recai Neyzen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdi Saygın Kadri in the 85th minute of play. Baskil's Kubilay Yenbu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Baskil from getting a goal against them. Hacı Ali Dervişoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Recai Neyzen having to interfere. The supporters of Baskil booed when Sehitkamil FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yücel Bengisoy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
