Ahmet Fikret Ersezen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cafer Değer in the 3rd minute of the match. Bora Han Doğanlar struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Ahmet Fikret Ersezen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yüregir FK. Aşkın Mertkan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Abay Erakıncı made a huge save. Abay Erakıncı made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Mürsel Geylanoğullarından sent off a good shot on target. Abay Erakıncı took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vecdi Kirtekin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute, Bora Han Doğanlar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vecdi Kirtekin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Yüregir FK getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Cafer Değer hit a great ball. Erenköy's Süleyman Geylanoğlu shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 39th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Abay Erakıncı but with some difficulty. The supporters of Erenköy booed when Yüregir FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cafer Değer didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Erenköy fans' excitement grew in the 41st match minute when Erenköy's Vecdi Kirtekin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 46 minutes into the match, Erenköy's goal looked a bit too open when Hızır Göçmen came free, but Ahmet Fikret Ersezen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bora Han Doğanlar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Fikret Ersezen having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bora Han Doğanlar was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Erenköy's Aydemir Neşit got a free kick in the 54th minute. Vecdi Kirtekin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Abay Erakıncı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Erenköy getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Mürsel Geylanoğullarından hit a great ball. Bora Han Doğanlar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Hızır Göçmen came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Yüregir FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hızır Göçmen couldn't finish the play. Hızır Göçmen in the 74thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ahmet Fikret Ersezen, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Abay Erakıncı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vecdi Kirtekin in the 81st minute of the match. In the 87th minute of the match Cafer Değer shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ahmet Fikret Ersezen showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Yüregir FK's zone, Şerif Karadağ stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abay Erakıncı came out of the goal and Şerif Karadağ tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Hızır Göçmen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abay Erakıncı came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Erenköy's Aşkın Mertkan. But to his dismay, Aşkın Mertkan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Erenköy had won after a very even match.
