Rıfkı Semi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hürkan Tacal in the 36th minute of the match. Ferid İskenderoğlu's late challenge caught a Erfelek FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ferid İskenderoğlu helped the player get up and apologised. Ferid İskenderoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Erfelek FK's goalkeeper Akay Koçarslan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The wind increased when Kaptan Öktuğ made the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute, Kaptan Öktuğ fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Hürkan Tacal struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Rıfkı Semi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Erfelek FK. If İbrahim Efe Turkay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 73 minutes into the match, Erfelek FK's goal looked a bit too open when Sercan Tekmil came free, but Akay Koçarslan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Sercan Tekmil fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Malatyaspor FK's protests and gave Sercan Tekmil a yellow card for diving instead. Sercan Tekmil kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Lütfullah Ruşen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Akay Koçarslan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
