Tuna Mengübay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Savaşer Suergin in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 6th minute, Ali Çağrı Ergüven hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kastamonuspor's Oğuzalp Cevan got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kutlay Veysi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 13th minute, Savaşer Suergin made a precise shot to the right of Tuna Mengübay. Kastamonuspor's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. A collision led to Siirt FK getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Behzat Eraslan hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Mehdi Karun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kastamonuspor's supporters rose to their feet, but Mehdi Karun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ali Vedat Hatim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ali Vedat Hatim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oğuzalp Cevan in the 25th minute of play. If Kutlay Veysi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ali Çağrı Ergüven charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ali Çağrı Ergüven the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 27th match minute, Siirt FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Çağrı Ergüven to maneuver through the defense. When Mustafa İzzet Sakman came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Kastamonuspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mustafa İzzet Sakman couldn't finish the play. In the 30th minute Behlül Kınıkaslan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tuna Mengübay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Kutlay Veysi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Savaşer Suergin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Tuna Mengübay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ali Vedat Hatim made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kutlay Veysi in the 38th minute. 43 minutes into the match, Kastamonuspor's goal looked a bit too open when Behlül Kınıkaslan came free, but Tuna Mengübay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tuna Mengübay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Behlül Kınıkaslan in the 44th minute of the match. Asrın Zade blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tuna Mengübay having to make a save. After 47 played minutes, Siirt FK's Nusrettin Tufan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tuna Mengübay came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Siirt FK reached it. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mehdi Karun was the one to do the kick off. Kastamonuspor's Tuna Mengübay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Kastamonuspor from getting a goal against them. Ali Vedat Hatim came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Kastamonuspor's Mehdi Karun. But to his dismay, Mehdi Karun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Kastamonuspor's Tuna Mengübay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Savaşer Suergin in the 71st minute of play. In the 75th minute Mehdi Karun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Vedat Hatim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Siirt FK's Ali Vedat Hatim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oğuzalp Cevan in the 85th minute of play.
