The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Tasköprü SK's İsmail Cem Ülgü got a free kick in the 6th minute. In the 93rdth minute of the game Poyraz Kazakhan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tasköprü SK's Enver Baltacıoğlu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Enver Baltacıoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Poyraz Kazakhan in the 95th minute of play. 98 minutes had been played when some careless play by Tasköprü SK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ahmet Turan Arman was slow to take the kick. During this time Gümüssuyu's players had a chance to rest.
